4. How decisions are made

A person on our investment team reads every application and takes every decision. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing.

5. Who receives your data

  • Our team: partners and the investment and grants team, as each case needs.
  • Service providers that process data for us under contract: Google (Google Workspace for email, forms and documents; Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies) and Webflow (website hosting and website forms).
  • Co-investors or advisers, only with your agreement or where needed to progress an investment we are discussing with you.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

Some of our providers may process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

  • Applications, introductions and contact-form messages that do not lead to an investment: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

  • News: until you unsubscribe.
  • Website logs: for the period set by our hosting provider. Analytics data: 14 months.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and how visitors arrive. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_[ID], which last up to two years. Google signals and advertising features are switched off, and analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google LLC in the United States may receive the data; it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The site remembers your choice in your browser's local storage (key gf_consent) for 12 months; this is strictly necessary and needs no consent.

You can accept, reject or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

We update this notice when the way we handle personal data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
